With a focus on politically and socially engaged theatre, Lotte has worked as associate director of Blink Theatre, since directing The Collector in 2014. Since then Lotte has directed numerous pieces for Blink, to critical acclaim, including the regular short-play event, Response, for emerging and under-represented artists at The Old Red Lion Theatre. Lotte took on the role of Artistic Director in July 2018. Lotte has also directed at venues including The Arcola, Theatre 503, The Space, The Lion and Unicorn & The Kings Head Theatre.
Lotte has an MA in Actor Training and Coaching from RCSSD and is Founder and Artistic Director
of The Actors Cove; An online Actor Training Community. With a commitment to making acting training accessible and inclusive, Lotte was also previously Head of Acting at City Academy uk and has taught for Identity School of Acting, Rose Bruford, Bird College and The Actors Centre.

Scarlett Alice Johnson is an established actor whose work has spanned Theatre, TV, Film and Radio over 15 years. 
 
Scarlett's credits includes work with The Royal Court, Paines Plough, Soho Theatre, Theatre 503,  BBC, Channel 4, Sky Arts, ITV and Warner Bros. Her depth of experience in these varied and multi-disciplined platforms gives her invaluable insight into the complexities of creating and delivering new work.
Scarlett is passionate about theatre as a means for change and an advocate for equality within the Arts. Scarlett champions under represented and emerging writers and actors and is delighted to be a part of the Blink. Theatre team.

ADAM COURTING
Associate Artist
 
Adam Courting is an actor, writer and producer, who won the BBC Radio 2019 Norman Beaton fellowship Award.

He has written, performed and produced comedy sketches, theatre and puppetry in Edinburgh, London and Madrid; as well as plays, films, raps, poetry and spoken word for radio, theatre and live shows.


Other creative interests include: devising, facilitating and teaching. He is also an active member of 'Do The Right Scene': and all-black improv troupe.
